Lactose:
The new INNER BEAUTY All in One is lactose-free .

Soy:
All INNER BEAUTY All in One's shipped from mid-September 2024 contain soy .

Histamine:
If you have a histamine intolerance, we actually do not recommend taking Inner Beauty, as the fruit powder it contains can trigger histamine attacks - depending on the severity of the histamine intolerance. This is of course very individual. Our Gut One capsules could possibly be a better alternative for you.

Fructose:
Our Inner Beauty All in One contains real fruit powder and fruit ingredients. The fructose content is still low overall, however. Of course, this also depends on how sensitive you are to your fructose intolerance.

We also have the Gut One capsules in our range, which do not contain any fruit ingredients and therefore contain even less fructose than Inner Beauty. Because of the inulin that we use in our products, our capsules contain a maximum of around 25mg of fructose per capsule. That is extremely little, but can of course be enough to trigger a reaction in someone who is really extremely sensitive.

Gluten:
All in One does not contain any added gluten , but one of the ingredients is processed in a production facility where gluten-containing products are also produced. However, the production facilities are usually always cleaned thoroughly. However, there may still be residual quantities due to the air, which is why we have to provide the note "May contain traces of gluten".

Sorbitol:
There is no added sorbitol, but some fruits such as strawberries, blueberries, etc. naturally contain sorbitol. Furthermore, people with sorbitol intolerance should avoid xylitol - xylitol is included in the new All in One formula.
