Take 3 level measuring spoons (approx. 7 g in total) of INNER BEAUTY All in One daily. Simply stir into at least 300 ml of liquid or prepare in a shaker - this amount ensures that the powder dissolves well. If you prefer a more intense or milder taste, you can also use more or less liquid.

Important: Drink INNER BEAUTY as soon as possible after mixing. We do not recommend drinking it throughout the day. Avoid hot liquids. INNER BEAUTY is intended for daily, long-term use and can remain a permanent part of your routine.
