Can I return subscription products?Updated a month ago

Products cannot be returned as normal during the trial period*. Returns are possible after the trial period has ended, but this will result in cancellation of the subscription. You can create a return label  here  . Please note that we charge a fee of €5 for returns. If you would like to cancel your subscription, we would ask you to do this yourself in your customer account before returning the item.
