First, take a look around our website. If you need help choosing suitable products, our quiz, which you can find in the banner on our website, can also help you.

When you have found a suitable product, go to the product page. If necessary, select the desired duration of your treatment on the product page. Then click on "Add to cart". Click on "Checkout" and enter your contact information and delivery address on the page that opens. If you have a voucher or discount code, you can enter it on this page in the desktop view. In the mobile view, the field for voucher or discount codes is on the "Payment" page. You can find it by expanding the order overview.

In the next step, "Shipping," you can enter a different billing address. If you incur shipping costs, they will be displayed in this step. You can then select your payment method under "Payment." Check all your details in the next step and complete your order by clicking on "Buy." Please note that the price does not include customs costs if you are ordering from abroad. You must bear the customs fees yourself.

Please remember that a delivery to a Packstation requires the Packstation name and your postal code. Unfortunately, express deliveries cannot currently be made to Packstations.
