How much are the shipping costs?Updated 4 days ago

Shipping costs apply for purchases under €50 (minus all discounts). 

December Special: Enjoy free shipping to Germany (Hermes) and Austria (GLS) for all orders over €40.

You can find out whether and which shipping costs apply to you in our table here. For our customers in Germany, express shipping is now waived for purchases over €89 (after all discounts), yay! In every non-European country, your order is shipped free of charge for orders over €250. If you incur shipping costs, they will be displayed during the checkout process as soon as you enter a delivery address.

Please also note that only the first shipment is free. If there are problems with delivery and the package is returned, for example, because you provided an incorrect/incomplete address, refused to accept it, or picked up your package too late, we will have to charge you for the return or reshipment of the package. Fair, right?

When shipping to countries outside the EU, import taxes, customs duties, or handling fees may also apply. These costs are separate from the shipping costs and will be charged to you directly by the shipping service provider.
