We hope you are delighted with our products. If you still want to cancel and return an item, please fill out our form, which you can find here . After you have sent the form, you will find a small text with a link that will take you to our returns portal so that you can create your own return label. Please make sure to enter your correct order number so that we can correctly assign your return. If you live outside of Germany, you will have to cover the costs of the return yourself. You can also find all the necessary information on our  returns page .

Attention: Due to the system, each order number should have its own return label. If you want to return two orders, please create two separate return labels.

Please note that we can only accept returns of unopened , originally sealed jars and packages. We will deduct €5 from your refund amount for the return. There are no additional costs for returns from abroad. Express shipping costs are generally not refunded. Processing the refund can take up to 14 days from receipt of the return.

You can of course also return the package to us at your own expense. Please do not send us any packages without postage paid, as this will incur unnecessarily high costs, which we will deduct from your refund amount.
