You have the legal right to withdraw from your ordered contract with her.one within 14 days, without giving any reason. The fastest way to do this is via our withdrawal button: [Withdraw from contract]. After clicking it, you'll automatically receive a confirmation of receipt for your withdrawal request.

Please note we can't guarantee this outside business hours or once your order has entered the packing process. The same applies if you used a Mystery Code.

If your order has already shipped, you can still exercise your right of withdrawal using the button above, or return the item once it arrives. You'll find all the details on our Returns page. We'll deduct €5 (DE, AT) from your refund for returns; higher costs apply for other countries. Express shipping costs are generally non-refundable. Refunds may take up to 14 days from the date we receive your return.

P.S.: Since cancellation before shipment can't be guaranteed, we recommend waiting for our confirmation before placing a new order.
