We hope you are delighted with our products. If you still want to cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected] so that we can process your cancellation request and provide you with further information on the process if necessary. If you have used a mystery code, the previous order cannot be cancelled. Please also note that we cannot guarantee a cancellation if you contact us outside of business hours. We also cannot cancel your order once it is already in the packing process. If this is the case, you must request a return as soon as your package has been delivered. You can find all the information on this on our returns page . For the return, we will deduct 5€ (DE, AT) from your refund amount. For other countries, correspondingly higher costs apply. Express shipping costs are generally not refunded. It can take up to 14 days from receipt of the return for a refund to be processed.
PS: Since cancellations cannot be guaranteed, we recommend that you wait to place a new order until you have received a response from us.
