My express delivery did not arrive on time.Updated 2 months ago

We always strive to provide our customers with fast shipping. Unfortunately, sometimes there can be unexpected delays along the way and your package may not reach you on the specified date. In this case, we would ask you to write an email to [email protected] . We will be happy to take care of your request and will of course reimburse you for any express shipping costs you have incurred.

Please note that orders must be received by 6 p.m. to be delivered the next working day. Otherwise, the next working day will be considered the delivery date.
