We want to inspire you with our products. If you still do not want to keep one or more items, you have the right to return items to us within 14 days of receipt. 

Please note that for hygienic reasons wecan onlytake back unopened and originally sealed jars or bags and that you have to bear the costs for the return shipment.

In the event of a full return, any free gifts that were sent as part of special promotions must also be returned in full and in perfect condition. In the case of a partial return, the free gifts that were sent for a certain value must also be returned in perfect condition if the return falls below the required purchase value. If the goods have not been returned or are not in perfect condition, we reserve the right to invoice the product and deduct the value of the goods from the refund amount.

Please note that the creation of a return label is not a guarantee that the return can still be processed. It will only be checked when your return arrives to see if you are still within the return period. If there are any difficulties in this regard, we will contact you by mail.

Returns within Germany

1. first fill out online our return form online. After submitting the form, you will find the link to our returns portal at the end to create your own return label.

Be sure to enter a # in front of your order number (e.g. #123456).

2. pack your Pack as securely as possible, stick the return label on the outside of the Pack or print the label from the post office using the QR code.

It is best to use the original packaging for return shipping.

3. for the refund we will use the same payment method that you chose when placing the order. 

You will receive a confirmation of the refund via email.

Returns from other countries  

It is absolutely necessary that our returns form be filled out completely in advance before the return can be processed. At the end, please do not go through the link to the returns portal, but return to this page. Then pack your items as securely as possible and send them with a shipping provider of your choice:

It is best to use the original packaging for return shipping and choose an insured shipping method with tracking. We can only refund items that have arrived safely. 

Return conditions 

✓ After receiving the goods (or delivering the goods to a neighbor/roommate/branch/packing station) you have 14 days to return your order to us. 

We can only refund items that arrive unopened, originally sealed and without damage. You are responsible for safe return shipping. 

✓ HER ONE deducts the return costs from the customer's refund if the return label is created via the returns portal or by the HER ONE team. Each order number receives its own returns label, so the costs are also incurred per label.

✓ After checking the items, we will refund you the purchase amount via the same payment method you chose when ordering. After receipt of your package, the refund will be made within 14 working days - provided the conditions are met.
