As soon as we hand over your order to our shipping partner, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Click on the number to track your package directly. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for your order to be visible in the shipment tracking. Also check your SPAM folder to see if our message has landed there. If you have any problems or the tracking link is not working, please contact us by email at [email protected] . We will be happy to help you!
In the event that an order has been marked as "Delivered" but has not arrived, you have 7 days from the delivery date to contact us by email at [email protected] . We will then send you an investigation form, which we need back within these 7 days in order to send you a replacement.
❗️ We would strongly advise against giving the shipping partner permission to leave the package (drop-off location, desired location) . We cannot accept liability for cases in which packages disappear from the desired location. Liability protection ceases the moment the package is handed over to the deliverer. Unfortunately, we have no way of investigating in these cases, so please only use this option if you can be 100% sure that the package will reach you this way.
